He has worked in the top management positions to enhance Sales Growth, Strategic Alliances, Market Development, Project Management and new Business Development in Healthcare Information Technology. Mr. Ary Sarkar has been awarded several recognitions and proclamations for his efforts by top Government officials and Celebrities. Mr. Sarkar, graduated from the prestigious Mayo College, Ajmer called the “Eton of India” and St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University in Delhi. He also completed his MBA in Marketing and International Trade from Modern Institute of Management in New Delhi – affiliated to University of California, Irvine

Richard K. Williams (President): Serial entrepreneur, inventor, technologist (electronics, semiconductors, sensors, biotech), author, invited speaker. Management experience in startups and as public company CEO, IPO, M&A, IP licensing. Founder, CEO, President and Chief Technology Officer of Advanced Analogic Technologies. Holds more than 300 U.S. patents in device, process, package, circuit, system and application methods and apparatus. Published over 100 articles, invited papers and book contributions. Board of Directors member and advisory experience in strategy, business, operations and international enterprises. Senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University and a B.S., with honors, in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Studied molecular biology and electrophoresis at University of California Berkeley (extension).

Brian Fahle (Executive Vice President): Sales and business development experience of over 23+ years in the industry, working both for suppliers and distributors in various executive roles. He founded Main Event in 2001, since that time Main Event has grown into one of largest merchandise companies in the Midwest. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications & Economics from Indiana University. He is currently on the board on several companies and is the co-founder of three other businesses.

Daniel Schell (Scientist): Serial entrepreneur and inventor, is a 35-year veteran of high-tech startups in semiconductors and super-computing and an industry pioneer of LED-based light therapy. Educated in Silicon Valley, his extensive experience includes IC design, engineering, and corporate management in a variety of technology vanguards including American Microsystems Inc. (AMI), Eurosil, Elexsi, and Alient computer. In the early 2000s, Dan pioneered the design and development of one of the first LED light therapy devices at APL and commenced extensive research in developing therapeutic protocols to treat a variety of ailments and injuries in humans and animals. Dan’s efforts in LED therapy continue today focusing on creating new generation light therapy devices and in developing new protocols including those in sport medicine, for stimulating immune response, and combatting COPD, concussion & TBI, diabetes, as well as treating kidney and liver disease. Dan is a frequent lecturer and instructor and holds numerous US patents.

 

Mohammed Islam, MBA (Director of Finance): He has extensive knowledge of corporate accounting , finance and credit planning. He has more than twenty years of experience in real estate, electronics,  IT industry and non-profit organizations. He was involved with corporate start-up, restructure and expansion continuations.  He has MBA from Cal State University and accounting courses from UCLA

 

Jayant Mehta, (Director of PPE Operations): Entrepreneur for 35 years in Global Industrial Sales and Marketing of Electronic Components, managed a Solar Technology company, owned and managed 180 room hotel, CEO of a software start-up, Post Graduate Electrical Engineer specializing in Semiconductor Manufacturing.
